Twin Peaks Trail
The Twin Peaks trail is a quad burner! It's relentlessly uphill. The payoff is the views. Great views of Eklutna Lake from the first bench and views of the Twin Peaks from the second. We also saw a lot of Dall sheep from afar, binoculars would have been nice. Most of the hike is through birch and spruce forests, it gets a little bushier and single track towards the end. We continued up a little onto Pepper Peak until time constraints had us turn back (last photo).
